Park Grounds: open daily, year-round. Hamilton Military Museum: open Tues-Sat 10am-4pm & Sun 12-4pm Per the Truth or Consequences Veterans Memorial website, the Park is dedicated to the memories of family and friends that have dedicated their lives to the service of our Great Country. We encourage all generations to come and experience the “Wall that Heals” as well as other attractions within the park. In February 2003, a half-scale traveling replica of the world-renowned Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall made its permanent home in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico.
