Constructed 1930

This one-story Art Deco-style building, constructed between 1930 and 1948, includes a white, horizontal tiled exterior. A stepped geometric parapet crowns the facade, and a large glass block opening with fluting above curves around the corner at the intersection of Second Street and Clark Avenue. The exterior veneer and details clearly reflect the style. The facde, which faces west, has a single-leaf aluminum and glass door in the center, framed by windows, some of which are filled with panels. The north elevation includes a side entrance surmounted by a transom, several casement windows, and two service bays for fire department vehicles. A modern metal shed addition with additional service bays extends to the east.
